Middleton’s BIOS: X61, X61s and X300

Model: X61, X61s X61 Tablet, X300 and X61/X61s with SXGA+

CD/DVD burned with Middleton’s BIOS. Middleton’s BIOS is a modified BIOS for certain Thinkpad models that enables a few things:

• Enables SATA-II speeds, allowing SSD/HDD speeds up to 3.0 GBit/s
• Removed “Thermal Sensing Error” on models where upgrading the CPU from a Memrom to a Penryn CPU.
• (Optional) Allows Fn-Ctrl Key Swap.
• Enables IDA Support.
