- Registration is not required to use this site or checkout.
- Based.win does not load any ads or trackers when you visit our website (check your adblocker) based.win does not use trackers on third party sites like Amazon or Facebook to advertise our business or track our customers.
- We support private payments with different cryptocurrencies including Monero the default and recommended currency of based.win.
- We don’t block the use of Tor or VPNs, we actually encourage them.
Embedded content from other websites
Pages on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
Who we share your data with
Most of our products do not currently ship from our own warehouses which means we must forward your name and address to our vendors so they can create a shipping label to mail your items to you. We do not forward your email address to our vendors. When based.win starts selling in house products these will shipped by a based.win employee and your address info will not be sent to a 3rd party vendor for those orders.
How long we retain your data
Order information may be stored in our order database for up to 60 days, order information may include your full name, mailing address, billing address, email address, phone number (if you gave one), IP address, and the last 4 digits of your credit card number if you used fiat to pay.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

All sales are final, Based.win does not currently offer returns or refunds.
